Syed Hadi is a highly energetic and creative individual with a passion for technology, management, and writing. He is a proven team player who believes in contributing positively to present circumstances to create a better outcome of the task, by staying highly productive and motivated at everything he does. Syed has decent communication skills and is a goal-oriented person who loves to get tasks done before the deadline. Syed has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Anna University, class of 2020. During his college days, he was selected to work as a Project Manager in a bright team of young professionals working in the world's largest youth-run organization, AIESEC, the Official youth partner of the United Nations. Currently, Syed is working as a Project Management Executive at AccuKnox, a Zero Trust Runtime Kubernetes Cloud Security platform built in partnership with SRI (Stanford Research Institute). His roles and responsibilities include supporting the Security & DevSecOps team projects, developing quarter plans, timelines, and monitoring project scope until delivery, facilitating scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint retrospective, and follow-ups as needed, regularly communicating expectations, next steps, achievements, and blockers with the stakeholders/CTO/Engineering managers, and taking part in Product Led Growth for the product’s visibility in terms of managing help documentation, live stream office hour sessions, weekly technical blog postings, and website engagement tracking using Google Analytics. Syed's past work experience includes working as a Project Management Executive at Kloudone, where he worked in 2-weeks Agile Sprints development sprints, using Atlassian JIRA, and collaborated with technical teams, database administrators, and testing teams during Stand-up meetings, SOS (Scrum-of-Scrum) meetings, Sync-up meetings, to ensure successful delivery of programs. He also worked as a WordPress Developer at Visual BI Solutions, where his role's aim was to maintain the website's support, WordPress plug-in & theme customization, with PHP, MySQL, and website blog migration with SEO content optimization. Syed's Tech Stack includes Kubernetes, Research Scientist, Senior Software Engineer, test, qa, Software Engineer, PHP, and MySQL.
